Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Vidora (https://vidora.rcinc.app), operated by Radiant Crest Inc.. By signing in or using Vidora you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Vidora.
1. The service
Vidora is an AI film studio that plans, generates, edits and renders short narrated films, and can optionally analyse a YouTube channel you own to help you position and package your films. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to consent to data processing where you live.
3. YouTube
If you connect a YouTube channel, you confirm you are authorised to access that channel's data, and you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Channel analysis access is read-only; if you also connect an account in Publish, Vidora posts only the videos you schedule there. Either access can be removed at any time from Vidora or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the topics, scripts and other material you provide, and, to the extent permitted by law and our providers' terms, of the films and publishing packages Vidora generates for you. You give us the limited permission needed to process, store and deliver that content to operate Vidora.
Finished films and their saved project content are available for 14 days after each final render, then scheduled for deletion. Download and back up your film and materials during that period. We send email warnings one week, two days and two hours before deletion; a late final warning postpones deletion so you still have at least two hours to act.
You are responsible for what you create and publish. Do not use Vidora to create content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, impersonates real people deceptively, harasses others or violates YouTube's Community Guidelines.
5. AI output
Films, titles, thumbnails, descriptions and analyses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or resemble existing work. Niche Analysis and discoverability suggestions are hypotheses, not guarantees of views, click-through rate or recommendations. Review everything before you publish it.
6. Credits and payment
Some generation features use prepaid credits purchased through Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law or when a generation fails because of our error.
7. Availability and changes
Vidora is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, and we may change these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Radiant Crest Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost revenue or channel performance, arising from use of Vidora. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
